Customer Sales Support
 
Location: Carlisle, Cumbria
Job type: Permanent
Salary: £23,500 - £25,000 – OTE £30,000
Hours: Monday – Friday / Office hours
 
We have an exciting opportunity to join a telecommunications company, working in Customer Sales Support. Our client is a growing business, located in Carlisle, Cumbria and the ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated team player. Working within the sales and customer service teams, you will be responsible for getting customers to sign up and ensuring strong relationships are managed with housing developers and other clients.
 
Duties will include:

• Being able to attract customers to sign up with the network with the intention of meeting targets
• Going between the customer service and sales departments in order to create relationships
• Giving a first class advisory and satisfactory service to customer relations
• Creating strong relationships via B2B and B2C telephone calling
• Executing an effective sale strategy that you have created
• Building a social media presence in line with the company’s ethos and values

 
Skills and Experience:

• Having a good understanding of customer sales is desirable
• Must have strong communication skills – explaining and resolving any customer network issues
• Enjoying being able to problem solve unpredictable enquiries with effective solutions
• An excellent telephone manner in order to make a pleasurable experience for the customer
• Showing that you are a proactive team player and being able to dive into a fast-paced, every-changing environment
