Reports to: Local Purchasing Administrator/Inventory Manager

Job Profile
This role is for a person wanting to develop a range of skills including strong organisational skills as well as the ability to prioritise and communicate effectively within a small busy office.

Primary Tasks
  • Administration tasks to support the Procurement Administrator/ Inventory
    Manager.
  • Issue purchase orders under the guidance of the Procurement Administrator/ Inventory Manager.
  • Update procurement trackers.
  • Prepare export documentation to satisfy customs.
  • Set up new vendors
  • Help implement and document procedures.
    Experience and skills required:

Good computer skills - MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong organisational skills – Ability to plan and prioritise.
Strong interpersonal skills – Good team player.
