Main Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with incoming inquires in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensuring strong communication between departments e.g. Warehouse 
  • Providing details of stock, offers and promotions
  • Creating and maintaining client relationships to ensure retention
  • Keeping regular contact with clients to check their requirements
  • Helping and supporting other members of the team
